Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Application Data Entry Assistant applications to join our team. This role requires effective communication, research capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience Required: Atleast 1 year of work experience in Immigration field is required. Experience in temporary residence applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fill in data in the online IRCC forms

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records

• Manage multiple cases simultaneously while adhering to deadlines

• Proofread all documentation for accuracy

• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to gather documents

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve services

Wage: Starting from $22.00 onwards based on your experience

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in temporary residence - Visitor visa, work permit, study permit etc.
• Excellent writing skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
