About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Application Developer to join our growing engineering team. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance web and desktop/mobile applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product managers, UI/UX designers, and quality assurance engineers—to deliver intuitive software solutions that solve real business problems.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong hands-on coding skills, a solid understanding of modern application architectures, and a commitment to clean code and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code across front-end and back-end systems.
• Design and implement secure, scalable RESTful APIs and modern application features.
• Participate in system design, database modeling, and software architecture decisions.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work within an Agile/Scrum framework to estimate effort, plan sprints, and deliver quality features on schedule.
• Partner with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and user journeys into responsive, accessible, and high-quality interfaces.
• Collaborate with backend and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless system integration and deployment.

Quality Assurance & Maintenance

• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to maintain code quality and test coverage.
• Perform regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and fix bugs or performance bottlenecks across environments.

Continuous Improvement

• Refactor existing codebases to optimize performance, usability, and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies, software frameworks, and development best practices.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience: 1–5 years of professional application development experience.

• Core Technical Stack:

  • Languages: Proficiency in one or more primary languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript).
  • Frameworks: Hands-on experience with modern application frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular for Front-end; Node.js, Django, FastAPI, Spring Boot, or .NET for Back-end).
  • Databases: Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, including query optimization and schema design.
  • Tools: Proficiency with version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).

• Software Concepts: Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Data Structures, Design Patterns, and Web Service Architectures (REST/GraphQL).
