Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.

• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.

• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

• Strong understanding of application design and configuration within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.

• Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.

• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.

• Knowledge of database concepts and data management as related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.

• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.

• A 15 years full time education is required.
