Broniec Associates is one of the leading accounts payable audit and recovery firms with a 50+ year track record of helping leading global companies identify and recover overpayments through detailed accounts payable audits.

We are seeking an Application Developer to join our Security and Technology Department. This is a hands-on development role for someone who enjoys building and improving business applications, solving problems, and continuing to grow their technical skills.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, maintain, and support Broniec’s technology applications
• Build new features and enhancements for existing applications
• Identify, analyze, and resolve application and data issues
• Develop and maintain clear documentation for applications, code, and technical solutions
• Research and develop solutions to technical challenges
• Work with associates across the company to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Broniec’s technology applications
• Explore new tools, libraries, and development techniques that can improve Broniec’s applications and systems
• Support the reliable operation of company applications and databases

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience developing business software applications; 3+ years preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, information technology, or a related field
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming
• Experience with Git source control and relational databases
• C# and/or JavaScript experience preferred
• Microsoft SQL Server experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
• Self-directed, curious, and comfortable taking ownership of technical challenges
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
