Application Developer

The Opportunity

The software company is a fast-growing consulting firm based in Indianapolis. As the team scales, they're adding a junior developer to support internal tooling and client-facing application work — a great first (or second) role for someone who wants hands-on experience across a modern JavaScript and .NET-adjacent stack.

This is an immediate hiring need — the software company is looking to move quickly, ideally within the next couple of weeks.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain web applications and internal tools using JavaScript and .NET-adjacent technologies
• Support app development work across client-facing and internal projects
• Work closely with senior developers and consultants to learn the ERP integration and customization side of the business
• Debug, test, and iterate on features as part of a small, collaborative team

What We're Looking For

• Recent Computer Science graduate or equivalent hands-on project/internship experience
• Working knowledge of JavaScript
• Exposure to .NET or similar frameworks
• Some app development experience — coursework, personal projects, internships, or professional work all count
• Genuine curiosity and willingness to learn — this role is very open to junior talent
