🔎 Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, excellent scripting skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform solutions.

Note: This is a developer role , not an administrator role.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform
• Design and develop custom applications, custom logic, and platform extensions
• Configure and develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, ACLs
• Build and automate workflows using Flow Designer , Flow Actions, and Subflows
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub
• Work on new module implementations and enhancements (ITSM and other modules as needed)
• Follow ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and performance guidelines
• Support testing, deployment, and post‑production activities
• Collaborate with architects, functional consultants, and cross‑functional stakeholders

🎯 Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Expertise in JavaScript , Glide API , and ServiceNow scripting
• Solid experience with Business Rules, customizations, and custom development
• Strong proficiency in Flow Designer and automation workflows
• Experience with integrations ( REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub )
• Experience implementing or enhancing ServiceNow modules ( ITSM experience preferred )
• Good understanding of ServiceNow data model, security, and performance
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) — Mandatory

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
