Echo Media is an end-to-end media and technology partner bringing together creativity, strategy and development. From films, animation and branding to web applications, mobile products and AI automation, we help businesses communicate better, build useful products and simplify operations.

We’re looking for a hands-on developer to join Echo Media’s core team , working closely with the founding team to build web applications, mobile solutions and AI-powered business tools.

You should have solid development fundamentals, a good understanding of AI and intermediate practical skills in building AI agents . Personal projects, internships and freelance work count—show us what you’ve built.

What you’ll work on

• Build web applications, backend APIs and database-driven tools, including CRMs and business dashboards.
• Develop and enhance mobile applications.
• Build AI agents that connect language models with APIs, databases and business tools.
• Create automated workflows using n8n, webhooks and third-party integrations.
• Help take projects from requirements through development, testing, deployment and maintenance.

Skills we’re looking for

• Web: JavaScript/TypeScript and React or Next.js, with HTML/CSS fundamentals.
• Backend and databases: Working knowledge of at least one backend language—Node.js, Python or PHP—and a database such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
• AI and agents: Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini or Claude. Ability to build a functional agent using tool/function calling, external data and multi-step workflows, and troubleshoot its outputs.
• Automation: Familiarity with n8n, API integrations and webhooks.
• Development tools: Git/GitHub and basic deployment knowledge.

Exposure to Flutter or React Native, RAG and cloud/server management is a plus. You don’t need expertise in every technology listed, but you should be confident in your primary stack and willing to learn.

Who would fit well

Someone who enjoys building, understands requirements, communicates clearly and takes responsibility for their work. You should be comfortable troubleshooting independently while asking for guidance when needed.

As a core-team member, you’ll contribute ideas, work on real client and internal products, and take on greater ownership as you grow.
