Position: Software Developer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in software development, application development, or a related IT role.
• Knowledge of programming languages and software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with databases, APIs, system integration, and application troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to work onsite in Ayala, Makati.
• Fresh graduates with relevant programming knowledge and project experience may be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, implement, and maintain software applications based on business and system requirements.
• Analyze existing applications and identify opportunities for improvement, optimization, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Perform coding, debugging, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
• Conduct unit testing and assist in system and user acceptance testing.
• Investigate and resolve application issues and technical problems.
• Maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and development-related records.
• Collaborate with IT professionals, business users, and third-party vendors on system development and implementation.
• Participate in system integration, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure developed applications follow established coding, security, quality, and development standards.
• Stay updated on relevant programming languages, development tools, technologies, and industry practices.
