Key Responsibilities
- Lead application development projects from design and development through testing and deployment.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Develop, test, maintain, and enhance applications using Java, SQL, JD Edwards, and DevExpress.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to ensure system reliability.
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers.
- Support system enhancements, change requests, and ongoing application maintenance.
- Ensure all development activities comply with SDLC, change management processes, and company IT standards.
- Participate in project planning, coordination, testing, and implementation activities.
- Support other IT initiatives and projects as assigned.
