Application Developer | With SAP Experience

Role Summary:

As an Application Developer, you will spend your day designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. Your role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the solutions developed are effective and efficient, supporting the overall operational goals of the organization. You will engage in continuous improvement activities and adapt to evolving business needs to deliver high-quality applications.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and configure SAP PP solutions that align with business requirements and production planning processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance, strategic recommendations, and support for key business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and ensure seamless integration across SAP modules.
• Analyze complex business challenges, troubleshoot system issues, and implement enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
• Lead application development best practices, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP PP (Production Planning & Control) within Discrete Manufacturing environments.
• Strong expertise in SAP PP configuration, process optimization, troubleshooting, and cross-functional SAP integrations.
• Willing to work in Metro Manila.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud, or other Oracle SaaS applications
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, adapters, and integration monitoring
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or cloud application lifecycle management
• Experience in release management, application support, and production operations
• Knowledge of data mapping, process automation, and workflow orchestration
• Oracle Cloud or integration-related certifications are an advantage
