Role Description The Application Developer Senior Supervisor (7+ years, AI LLMs integration & .NET) role at Xceed is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo. This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications, with a strong focus on integrating AI Large Language Models into existing and new .NET-based solutions. The position involves supervising a development team, reviewing code, guiding architecture decisions, and ensuring secure, scalable integration with internal and external systems and databases. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and managing project timelines and deliverables. The role also includes performance optimization, troubleshooting complex issues, enforcing coding standards, mentoring team members, and contributing to continuous improvement of development processes and AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong Software Development and Programming skills, particularly with .NET technologies and AI LLMs integration.
• Experience working with Databases, including design, optimization, and secure data access in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies for building and maintaining user interfaces.
• Proven Integration experience, including APIs, microservices, and connecting AI models with existing enterprise systems.
• 7+ years of experience in application development, with at least several years in a senior or supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or integrating AI/ML solutions, preferably LLM-based tools, in production environments.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, security best practices, and performance optimization.
• Ability to lead and mentor development teams, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are an advantage.
