• Engaging in in-classroom skill development across fields such as banking, IT support, application development, data analysis, project management, business operations, customer success, and network security.
• Participating in internships and gaining practical work experience with leading organizations.
• Building professional communication, interviewing, networking, and resume skills.
• Receiving personalized coaching, mentorship, and ongoing support to prepare for employment or further education.

Qualifications And Skills

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• No bachelor’s degree obtained.
