Job Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Application Development Manager to lead and support our customer-facing web applications and enterprise CMS platforms. You will combine deep technical expertise in .NET, modern web frameworks, and cloud environments with strong problem-solving skills to drive delivery excellence in a collaborative feature team.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Hands-on design, development, and support of modern, scalable, customer-facing web applications.
• Platform Management: Architect, integrate, and maintain enterprise CMS and e-Commerce platforms (e.g., TeamSite, SFCC, Shopify, Magento).
• Delivery Excellence: Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams within a feature team setup to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Quality & Ops: Establish CI/CD pipelines, optimize application performance, perform code reviews, and resolve complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in hands-on web application development and system support.
• Core Tech: Strong proficiency in the .NET stack (C#, .NET Core, Web APIs) and modern web frameworks (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MVC, AJAX, JSON, XML, JQuery).
• CMS & e-Commerce: Hands-on expertise with CMS platforms (e.g., Sitecore, Teamsite, WordPress or Magento).
• Cloud & Web: Experience building and supporting applications on modern cloud infrastructure (Azure / AWS).
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, strong collaboration mindset, and clear communication.
• Languages: Good command of English and Chinese (spoken and written).
