Application Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Application Manager to manage Salesforce applications, lead technical teams, and improve customer service and case management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Salesforce Service Cloud applications.
• Configure Salesforce Flows, automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Manage case management, customer issue tracking, and workflow automation.
• Oversee application development, integrations, testing, and deployments.
• Ensure platform security, data governance, and performance.
• Lead Agile teams, mentor team members, and manage project deliverables.
• Monitor SLAs, KPIs, and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of enterprise application experience.
• 3+ years of team leadership experience.
• Experience managing Salesforce applications and customer service platforms.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce Agentforce / Einstein AI
• Healthcare industry experience
• Azure integrations and Azure DevOps
• Salesforce certifications

Pay: $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
