Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead and manage AI-based projects at our client location. This role involves coordinating with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery aligned with client objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage AI-based projects to meet client objectives and timelines

Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

Communicate project status, progress, and challenges clearly to stakeholders

Ensure projects comply with industry standards and best practices

Foster a collaborative and productive team environment to drive project success

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Proven experience managing onsite and offshore teams

Strong background in investment banking with understanding of industry-specific requirements and challenges

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
