Application Development Training Program

Role Overview: This program offers intensive job training and skill development for young adults, combining technical and professional education with internship and job placement support.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in in-classroom training in areas such as application development, business operations, banking, customer success, IT support, data analysis, financial operations, project management, and network security.
• Engage in internships at leading organizations, gaining practical experience and earning an educational stipend.
• Develop professional skills including communication, interviewing, networking, and resume building.
• Receive ongoing coaching and mentorship to support career launch.

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills.
• No bachelor's degree obtained.
• Availability Monday through Friday.
• Ability to complete additional screening questions.
