Application / E-Commerce Operations

About the role

You will be responsible for ensuring application and e-commerce operations run smoothly, managing campaigns and promotions, monitoring transactions and user activity, and coordinating with Product, IT, Marketing, BD, Design, and CS teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily application and e-commerce operations
• Manage campaigns, promotions, vouchers, banners, landing pages, and notifications
• Monitor application features, transaction flow, cashback, and user activity
• Identify and follow up application bugs and issues with Product and IT teams
• Monitor DAU, GMV, transaction, conversion, retention, and campaign performance
• Prepare operational and campaign reports
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns and features run according to timeline
• Identify operational issues and propose improvements

About you

• 1–3 years experience in Application Operations, E-commerce Operations, Marketplace, or Product Operations
• Familiar with mobile applications and e-commerce platforms
• Understanding of campaigns, promotions, transactions, cashback, and user journey
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working with data, dashboards, Excel, and Google Sheets
• Fast-paced, detail-oriented, and proactive
