Application Engineer - Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Specialist

Key Responsibilities
Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360

• Provide technical support and application guidance for Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Support clients in setting up and managing ACC project environments.
• Configure and manage project workflows, permissions, folders and user access.
• Support implementation of BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud across projects and organizations.
• Assist users with Document Management, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination and other relevant ACC workflows.
• Troubleshoot application-related issues and coordinate with Autodesk support when required.
• Assist clients in adopting standardized BIM and cloud collaboration workflows.
• Monitor user adoption and identify opportunities for workflow improvement.

BIM & Revit Training

• Conduct BIM and Revit-related training sessions for clients, employees and project teams.
• Develop training materials, presentations, demonstrations and user guides.
• Deliver classroom, online and one-to-one application training.
• Assess users' understanding and provide additional support where required.
• Explain BIM workflows and how Autodesk applications support project delivery.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective and existing clients.

Application Support & Consulting

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Autodesk workflows and solutions.
• Provide first-level and application-level technical support.
• Assist users in resolving issues related to Autodesk platforms.
• Document recurring issues, solutions and best practices.
• Participate in client meetings, demonstrations and implementation workshops.
• Support the technical team during onboarding and deployment of new applications.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs and workflow guides.

Client Management

• Act as a technical point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client challenges and provide practical application-based solutions.
• Conduct application demonstrations and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Support customer onboarding and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, BIM, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of professional experience in BIM applications, Autodesk solutions, application support, BIM consulting or related areas.
• Strong practical knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Hands-on experience with BIM 360.
• Good knowledge of Revit and BIM workflows.
• Previous experience in BIM/Revit training is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Client-facing experience is an advantage.
• Experience in AEC, architecture, engineering, construction or BIM consulting environments is preferred.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
