Posizione:

For our Chinese Subsidiary, we are looking for an Application Engineer with a strong technical background and a customer-oriented mindset.

The successful candidate will join the Application Engineering team and work closely with the Research & Development, Quality, Sales, and Product Management departments to provide advanced support to customers and strategic partners, ensuring the effective resolution of technical requests and contributing to customer retention and long-term satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage complex technical inquiries remotely or on-site, ensuring compliance with agreed service levels and response times
• Analyze technical issues, understand customer requirements, propose effective solutions, and validate them with customers
• Partner with the Sales team to support customer retention and identify opportunities for expanding machine vision solutions
• Contribute to product improvement initiatives by collaborating closely with R&D, Quality, and Marketing teams
• Support the continuous optimization of technical support processes, tools, and best practices
• Deliver technical training to Sales teams and customers on products, applications, and solution implementation
• Assist in the preparation for and participation in key industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events.

Requisiti:

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Physics
• Experience with machine vision systems, industrial automation, or system integration is highly desirable
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to independently analyze and resolve complex industrial and application-related challenges
• Customer-focused approach, supported by excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Well-organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities effectively and meet service level and performance objectives
• Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams
• Programming knowledge in C++, C#, or Python is considered a strong advantage
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel across China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia as required
• Detail-oriented, with a mindset of continuous self-improvement and process optimization.
