• ** Sales Application Engineer – Recycled Material Sorting Machines**

• AMVT LLC, based in Katy, Texas, is a leading provider of advanced solutions in optical sorting,

food inspection, packaging, and material handling. We cater to a variety of industries, including

food processing, agriculture, and recycling. We are currently looking for a Sales Application

Engineer to support and expand our recycled material sorting machine business throughout the North

American market.

- **Position Summary**

• As a Sales Application Engineer, you will play a crucial role in generating new business,

fostering strong customer relationships and providing technical expertise for our equipment. This

hands-on position requires travel for client meetings, site visits, product demonstrations, and

technical support, including installation and troubleshooting.

- **Key Responsibilities**

• • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and

referrals.

• • Conduct on-site demonstrations, installations, and customer training sessions.
• • Provide technical support and troubleshooting, both remotely and on-site.
• • Coordinate product evaluations and sample testing for potential clients.
• • Represent AMVT at trade shows, industry conferences, and promotional events.
• • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and service

reports.

- **Qualifications**

• • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• • Self-starter with a proven track record in sales.
• • Experience in industrial equipment sales, particularly in food processing, agriculture,

recycling, or related fields is preferred.

• • Familiarity with optical sorting machines or similar technologies is a plus.
• • A minimum of two years of experience in technical sales, equipment installation, or field

service is preferred.

• • A degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related

field is advantageous.

• • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• • Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout North America.
