Application Engineer 应用工程师

本岗位职责包括但不限于下述内容：

• Work out configuation and technical specification and be responsible of reaching technical agreement with OEMs. 准备配置及技术规格，并负责与OEM签订技术协议。
• Together with sales manager, work out the project timeline. Carry out the project task accordign to timeline. 与销售经理一起制定项目工作进度计划。按项目计划实施项目相关工作。
• Review the critical points and possible PER, describe the PER according to OEMs requirement. 针对关键点及潜在的产品变更开发需求（PER）进行评估，根据OEM要求详细描述产品开发需求内容。
• Conduct engine integration design in machine and 3D/2D design of application related components. 承担发动机在整车中的集成设计，并承担应用相关零部件的3D/2D设计。
• Conduct CAD analysis , support OEM at period of their product prototype design to achieve proper installation of various DEUTZ engine types. 在OEM设计阶段开展CAD分析、并支持客户完成设计满足DEUTZ应用规范。
• Conduct mechanical installation check and commissioning ot the prototype machinery in OEM factory. 完成机械安装检查，并在OEM厂内进行样机设备调试工作。
• Conduct sign-off and heat balance test (ATB). 承担签发验证及热平衡试验。
• Make out the report according to the test result to indicate OEM's further product development to comply with DEUTZ installation guideline. 根据上述检查及试验结果完成报告，并指出OEM进一步产品开发需要满足DEUTZ应用规范。
• Communicate and get technical support from DEUTZ headquarter to solve local application related problems. 与DEUTZ总部交流并取得技术支持以解决在本地应用相关问题。
• Follow company internal work process to release the serial production of the application. 按公司内部流程要求完成应用的批量投产释放工作。
• Documentation of all the information for applications. 将在应用过程中的所有相关信息存档。
• Regular report of project progress and assigned tasks

定期进行项目进展及所担当任务汇报

• Learning continuously of up-to-date engine technology. 不断学习最新的发动机技术。
• Prepare proposal for new project and support sales colleague for projects discussion 为新项目准备技术建议方案并支持销售进行项目沟通
• Support service and/or quality colleagues for trouble shooting or root cause analysis 支持服务和/或质量同事进行问题处理以及根本原因分析 Qualification Required for the Position任职资格
• Bachelor degree or above, major in engines or engineering (automotive/construction machinery) 本科或以上学历，内燃机或工程专业（汽车或工程机械）
• Minimum of 5 years related working experience in engine, automotive, construction machinery as well as related industries. Includes 2+ years design experience(or 2+ years calibration experience(MD1)).1-2 years test experience. 至少5年相关工作经验（发动机、汽车、工程机械），其中包括至少2年设计经验(或2年标定经验（MD1)), 1-2年测试经验。
• Solid technical knowledge in diesel engine / power train field 扎实的柴油机或动力总成领域技术知识
• Able to communicate with OEM, Deutz AG, DEUTZ China sales engineers for technical issues 能够与OEM、DEUTZ总部、DEUTZ中国销售就技术问题有效沟通
• Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading and writing 良好的英文听说读写能力
• Frequent traveling required 需要经常出差
• Ability to work under pressure and take on multi-tasking. 能够在压力下工作并承担多项任务。
