Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer technical requirements and provide suitable product/application solutions.
• Study customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, product selections, quotations, and application recommendations.
• Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Quality, and R&D teams for customer requirements.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
• Support customers during product selection, installation, trials, and technical issues.
• Conduct product/application testing and prepare technical reports.
• Identify application problems and provide effective technical solutions.
• Assist in new product development and product improvement activities.
• Conduct customer visits and technical discussions when required.
• Provide technical support to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Maintain application-related documents, reports, drawings, and customer records.
• Ensure solutions comply with quality, safety, and technical standards.
• Follow up on customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with relevant departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• 34 years of experience in Application Engineering, Technical Sales, Product Engineering, or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar engineering software is preferred.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and understand technical requirements.
