What they need
The role You're the technical point of contact for our European OEM and Tier-1 customers.
You take their requirements, specifications, test concepts and problem reports, make sure
they're understood by our engineering in China, then bring clear answers back. You stay
involved from RFQ through qualification and into series production.
What you bring
- Degree in mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering
- Solid understanding of DC brush motors and BLDC motors, ideally in an automotive
context
- Familiarity with OEM / Tier-1 qualification: specifications, DVP&R, validation
- German and English strong enough for direct customer discussions
- Comfortable being the person in the middle: organized, direct, quick to follow up
- Open to travelling to customers in Europe and occasionally to China
A plus: Mandarin, and hands-on experience with tools like dSPACE, Vector CANoe or
motor test benches.
Location: Home office, with our Munich office opening after 2027.
