Application Engineer

We’re Hiring: Application Engineer

Secure Vision is looking for a motivated and organized Application Engineer to join our team in Karachi.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing quotations and proposals, following up with clients, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring that opportunities move smoothly from proposal stage toward closure.

Key Responsibilities:

* Follow up with clients on submitted quotations and proposals until a decision is made

* Prepare and submit quotations based on client requirements

* Maintain a proper tracker of all pending quotations, proposals, and follow-ups

* Respond to client queries regarding pricing, scope, specifications, and project details

* Coordinate closely with the Sales and Technical teams to move opportunities forward

* Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and other pre-sales documentation

* Maintain accurate records through CRM or internal tracking systems

* Ensure timely follow-up and closure of pending opportunities

* Handle other day-to-day pre-sales and sales coordination activities as required

Requirements:

* Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Coordination, or Client Follow-up

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Good command of MS Office, Excel, and quotation/proposal preparation

* Strong organizational and follow-up skills

* Ability to manage multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously

* Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented

* Experience in Fire & Security, ELV, IT, Data Center, or related technical industries will be an advantage
