Role Purpose:

Provide application engineering and technical support to customers across industrial sectors, helping them select the right bearing and industrial solutions. Work closely with customers and sales teams to drive product adoption and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application engineering support for industrial customers.
• Recommend suitable bearing and motion technology solutions.
• Handle troubleshooting, failure analysis, and root cause investigations.
• Support condition monitoring and predictive maintenance activities.
• Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and customer training programs.
• Work with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Support new product development, testing, and validation activities.
• Interact with OEMs, end users, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
• Manage technical projects and ensure timely execution.

Preferred Industry Experience: Bearings experience is mandatory. Candidates from Steel, Cement, Railway, Power, Process Industries, Heavy Engineering, Automotive, or any industry involving Bearing experience are preferred.

Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits (pan India), technical support, and business-related activities.
