APPLICATION ENGINEER

The Application Support Engineer provides technical support for multiple Facilities and Construction applications, including Smartsheet, Procore, ServiceNow, SQL Server Management Studio, and related databases. This position troubleshoots application and data issues, implements fixes, performs system testing, and supports application enhancements. The role maintains system functionality, data accuracy, integrations, configurations, and technical documentation across multiple facilities. Responsibilities also include developing and optimizing database queries, scripts, workflows, and automated solutions using SQL, JavaScript, Python, and other applicable technologies. The Application Support Engineer works with users, vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, evaluate requirements, implement improvements, and ensure Facilities and Construction applications remain reliable, secure, efficient, and aligned with operational needs.
