What we Expect from you

• Making offers as per the relevant selection for pump and spares.

• Loading tenders and making document relevant to tenders.

• Releasing order acceptance for order received.

• Maintenance of enquiry and order register.

• Making monthly reports

• Making proforma invoice for coordination and following up for Payments.

• Maintaining payment outstanding register.

• Maintaining customer data base.

• Co-ordination and transmission of data between design, production and accounts department.

• Sending introduction letters to clients/ Customers.

• Following up with customers for order and payment.

• Vendor registration and updating of various registrations.
