Job Description

• Customer contact window to keep equipment performance of the advanced nano-lithography machine within the required specifications.
• Regular monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting of machine performance.
• Providing first line application support by controlling the multi-beam mask writer.
• Documentation and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Co-work for constant improvement projects and rollout of new features.
• Lead technical escalation and be communication interface to support lines in Taiwan and HQ in Austria.
• Technical Expertise : 30%

• Customer Relationship Management and Communication : 20%
• Project Collaboration and Continuous Improvement : 10%
• Cross-Department Coordination 10%

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry (ideally customer facing).
• Excellent English
• Strong communication ability
• Customer-oriented mindset and are tech-savy while interested in further personal development.
