Application Engineer: Electrical Testing Expert

As an Application Engineer, you will be a technical expert in testing solutions, working closely with Sales Engineering and key industry stakeholders to solve technical challenges and deliver the right solutions for their operations.

Your Impact

• Field excellence: Support system commissioning and provide on-site field support to ensure solutions perform reliably in real-world environments.
• Application & Troubleshooting: Understand customer requirements, diagnose technical challenges, and recommend practical solutions.
• Installation & Commissioning: Support equipment installation, system commissioning, and on-site application to ensure reliable performance.
• Pre-sales support: Provide technical advice, product demonstrations, and solution recommendations to support the sales process.
• Technical Training: Lead customer workshops, technical seminars, and hands-on training to help customers confidently use our solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Team to design solutions that closely match customer requirements.
• Customer Partnership: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage adoption and long-term use of our solutions.

Your professional profile

• Engineering Foundation: ABachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Relevant Experience: 3–5 years of experience in the electrical industry, particularly in testing, commissioning, or industrial power systems.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of electrical circuits and testing principles. Familiarity with global brands such as Megger, Kikusui, and Fluke is a strong advantage.
• Problem-Solving: Able to understand complex technical problems, identify root causes, and translate them into practical solutions.
• Language and Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex technical concepts. Proficiency in English is required for working with technical documentation and international activities.
• Willingness to Travel: Comfortable with frequent travel within Thailand and open to international travel for projects or training.
• Excellence: Strive for excellence in your field and continuously improve your technical expertise.
