Application Engineer (Electronics)

About the role

We are seeking a driven and technically adept Application Engineer to bridge the gap between our complex engineering solutions and our global client base. You will provide critical technical support, product integration guidance, and hands-on troubleshooting. This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys technical problem-solving and values direct client interaction across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver expert product advice, troubleshooting, and technical assistance to clients
• Guide customers through system configuration, testing, and deployment phases
• Work closely with international teams to resolve complex product issues
• Travel occasionally to client sites for on-site installation, qualification, and emergency technical support

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Foundational knowledge in reading and interpreting electronic circuit schematics
• Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin to effectively liaise, troubleshoot, and support corporate customers based in China and Taiwan
• Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally on short notice for occasional overseas customer support assignments
