Application Engineer - Femap / Nastran

• • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Femap and Nastran.
  • Strong fundamentals in FEA and structural analysis.
  • Experience in model preparation, meshing, boundary conditions, solver setup, post-processing, and result interpretation.
  • Good knowledge of linear static, modal, buckling, and thermal/structural analysis.
  • Ability to independently execute FEA projects and prepare technical reports.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to conduct Femap training and hands-on technical sessions for customers.
  • Candidates with experience in automotive, aerospace, defence, or heavy engineering projects would be preferred.

Proposed Work Allocation:

• • 4 hours/day at customer location – Project execution, technical support, and customer interaction.
  • 4 hours/day at office – FEA project work, documentation, model preparation, and training activities.

We are looking for someone with a good combination of FEA fundamentals, Femap / Nastran expertise, project execution capability, and customer-facing/training skills.
