Your Task

• Development and maintenance of IT systems: Support in the areas of Documentation Management (DM), Customer Care Management (CCM) and Retail Sales Management (RSM).
• Working in the Agile methodology: Active participation in tasks carried out in an agile design environment.
• Requirements analysis: Translating business needs into detailed specifications and technical requirements.
• Technical support of users: Solving current system problems and working closely with the I and II support lines (Helpdesk/Maintenance).
• Tests and implementations: Active participation in the processes of testing, implementation and updating of new software versions.
• Application configuration: Expansion and adjustment of systems according to the adopted development strategy.

Your Profile

• Ability to cooperate with business and identify the needs of end users.
• Analytical approach to solving problems and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience in testing applications.
• Commitment, communicativeness and the desire to constantly develop and acquire new competences.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of the basics of SQL and the ability to work with databases will be an additional asset.
