Job Summary

We are looking for an Application Mold Engineer to provide technical support to customers and assist with CAD/CAM software applications related to mold design and manufacturing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Cimatron, NX & CATIA CAD/CAM software.
• Conduct software demonstrations, training, and technical presentations.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable mold design solutions.
• Support software installation, implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Provide onsite customer support, training, and technical assistance.
• Coordinate with technical and sales teams to resolve customer queries.
• Support customer relationship management and business development activities.
• Stay updated with the latest CAD/CAM technologies and industry trends.

Key Skills

• Basic knowledge of Mold Design & Manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Cimatron, NX, CATIA, or similar CAD/CAM software.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations when required.

Education

4-Year Advanced Tool & Die Making Diploma

Preferred Institutes: IGTR, NTTF, CIPET
