Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Application & Technical Support

• Understand customer applications, machine requirements, and technical challenges.
• Recommend suitable pneumatic products and solutions based on customer requirements.
• Provide technical support during product selection and address customer queries.
• Understand pressure, flow, actuator selection, and application suitability.

2. Product Promotion & Business Development Support

• Promote the company's pneumatic products and recommend suitable solutions for industrial applications.
• Support the team in developing new applications and identifying opportunities for pneumatic products.
• Conduct customer visits to understand application requirements at the site.

3. Technical Solutions & Coordination

• Support customers with product selection, technical queries, and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with internal technical and commercial teams to provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare technical specifications, product selections, and quotations as required.

4. Customer Relationship & Reporting

• Maintain records of customer interactions, applications, enquiries, and follow-ups.
• Travel within Ahmedabad and nearby industrial areas to support customer requirements.
• Ensure effective communication and timely coordination for technical support.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good understanding of pneumatics and industrial automation.
• Knowledge of pneumatic components and their industrial applications.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulics and industrial air equipment will be an advantage.
• Strong application understanding and technical problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel within Ahmedabad and nearby industrial areas.
