Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Application Engineer to join our Technical Services team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering both pre-sales and post-sales technical support for engineering software solutions, primarily CAESAR II, PV Elite, CADWorx Plant Professional. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with internal sales team, and global technical support teams. Also look-out for candidate's with knowledge on AutoCAD Plant3D, Auto-Plant, Auto-Pipe or CAD-Matic, these are our competing software's.
