Application Engineer ( Sales Support)

Position

This position is to provide techno-commercial support to the sales team with high quality offers and be the primary technical resource for the field sales team and customers. The candidate must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Location: Amata City Chonburi (Panthong)

Reporting

• Sales Support will directly report to Application Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• To review the customer P.O and do the related process to execute order.

• To coordinate with all related departments viz - Operations, Oversea manufacturer, Purchasing, Warehouse etc. for smooth and on-time handover the order to execution team.

• To follow status order from all related departments and update status delivery to customers.

• To coordinate with store logistics and finance before delivering goods to customer.

• To coordinate with service to request start up and commissioning.

• To coordinate with quality in case have complaint.

• To identify customer needs and sales opportunities to help sales growth.

• To coordinate with engineering/design team to get the drawings.

• To focus on pricing, biddings and quotation preparation, starting from the receipt of enquiries till handover the order to execution team.

• Maintaining and mastering material and SD related SAP records and data files.

Skills / Capabilities

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Technical Field or in a similar business.
• Welcome fresh graduated or 1-2 years’ experience FIRE pump or Industrial pump.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team Player.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Accomplished.
