- Technische Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Kunden rund um SOLIDWORKS CAD und 3DExperience Produktportfolio
- Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen und Entwurf von Lösungsvorschlägen
- Dokumentation sämtlicher Kundenvorgänge im Ticketsystem
- Installationen, Upgrades und Onboardings von Software Applikationen
- Durchführung von SOLIDWORKS und 3DExperience Grundlagenschulungen
Deine Skills? Mehr als interessant:
- Abgeschlossene, technische Ausbildung (Konstrukteur, Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau)
- Konstruktionserfahrung mit SOLIDWORKS von Vorteil
- Projektorientiertes Arbeiten
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
- Deutsch als Muttersprache, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse sowie solide Französischkenntnisse
