Application Engineer (Urgent)

CSI Technologies (Thailand) Company Limited, Professional Engineering Package Provider and Valves Automation Provider Company. We are associated business partner of Exion Group, an international hub serving the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, Power Generation and Marine Industries within Southeast Asia Region. We have a wealth of experiences in the supplying of standard or design and manufacture equipment for the Air Compressors, Dryers & Filters, Nitrogen Generator and other engineered equipment, and are specialists in the management of multi‐disciplined projects from conceptual design to project completion.

Position:

• Application Engineer (1 Position)

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment sizing and selection based on customer requirements
• Provide technical support and clarification to customers
• Review and verify technical specifications prior to Purchase Order (PO) issuance
• Coordinate with local and international suppliers on pricing and technical details
• Prepare cost estimations, RFQs, and quotations in coordination with Sales Coordinators
• Conduct technical and document clarification meetings with customers
• Attend client meetings and site visits together with the sales team
• Coordinate project documentation with internal teams and external suppliers
• Monitor project status and prepare related reports
• Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team
• Inspect equipment upon delivery and handle claims when necessary
• Maintain QA KPI reports and continuously improve product knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Instrumentation, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fields)
• 3–5 years of relevant experience (Senior role requires more experience)
• Strong willingness to learn and proactive in self-development
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Good team player with strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Good computer literacy and strong command of English
• Possess a valid driver’s license and preferably own a personal car
• Able to travel upcountry as required
• Experience in valve automation will be an advantage
