Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for industrial automation projects.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide customized mechanical designs for special purpose machines.
- Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
- Provide technical guidance to junior engineers on mechanical design, reliability testing, and troubleshooting.
Job Requirements :
- 15-19 years of experience in application engineering or related field (industrial automation).
- Strong background in mechanical design, special purpose machine design, and industrialization processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time, within budget, and meeting customer expectations.
