We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Application Executive to join our Operations Team. If you enjoy communicating with students, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth application processing, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with enrolled students throughout their application and visa journey.
• Collect, verify, and organize all required academic, financial, and personal documents.
• Guide students regarding documentation requirements and application procedures.
• Prepare and submit university applications accurately within deadlines.
• Complete and process student visa application forms.
• Prepare visa documentation files as per university and embassy requirements.
• Track application progress and provide timely updates to students.
• Coordinate with universities, admissions teams, and internal departments.
• Maintain accurate records and update CRM/application trackers.
• Ensure all documentation complies with country-specific immigration and university requirements.
• Handle multiple student applications while maintaining high accuracy.

Required Skills

✅ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati

✅ Strong attention to detail

✅ Excellent follow-up and coordination skills

✅ Ability to multitask and prioritize work

✅ Strong organizational and documentation skills

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

✅ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Experience in Overseas Education, Student Visa Processing, University Admissions, Documentation, or Operations will be an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Job Details

Employment Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• Monday to Saturday

Work Location: In-person (Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad)
