Application Helpdesk (ERP)

About the role

This is a full-time position as an Application Helpdesk (ERP) based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. You will be part of the IT Support team at SL Information Solutions Sdn Bhd, providing technical assistance and resolving issues for users of the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

What you'll be doing

1. Provide 1st and 2nd level of support to end users on ERP application issues
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems with the ERP system
3. Respond to and document user inquiries and requests in a timely manner
4. Identify recurring issues and work with the consultant and technical team to implement solutions
5. Maintain detailed records of all support activities and report on performance metrics
6. Provide user training and guidance on ERP application features and functionality
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless user experiences

What we're looking for

1. 2-3 years of experience in an IT helpdesk or application support role
2. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, preferably in vendor environment
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective user support
5. Ability to document support activities and report on performance metrics
6. Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on new technologies
