Application Implementation Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically capable Application Implementation Specialist to assist with the implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and maintenance of software applications. The candidate will work closely with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements, ensure smooth application implementation, and provide technical assistance when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and implement software applications according to business requirements.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into appropriate application configurations.
• Coordinate with development, testing, and support teams to ensure successful implementation.
• Conduct application testing, identify issues, and coordinate their resolution.
• Troubleshoot implementation-related technical problems and provide timely solutions.
• Assist users with application training, onboarding, and basic technical support.
• Monitor application performance and ensure proper functionality after deployment.
• Maintain implementation records, technical documentation, and user guides.
• Support software upgrades, updates, data migration, and system integration, as required.
• Communicate implementation progress, issues, and solutions to relevant stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Basic understanding of software applications, databases, operating systems, and networking.
• Knowledge of software installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
