Application Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Application Manager to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.

This role will oversee a portfolio of application development and maintenance efforts, ensuring technology solutions align with business needs and quality expectations. The Application Manager will partner closely with business leaders, technical teams, and project stakeholders to support modernization, innovation, and operational effectiveness across the organization. The position also involves leading people, improving teamwork, and helping deliver reliable outcomes in a complex healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance with quality standards
• Oversee multiple application projects, including development and maintenance
• Maximize staff contributions through professional growth and teamwork
• Analyze applications to ensure they meet business requirements
• Drive innovation and modernization initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of systems analysis, design, and project management experience
• 3+ years of management and leadership experience
• Understanding of relational databases and data warehousing technologies
• Proven experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies
