Your Task

Our team is operating a mobile communication platform for corporate IOT devices. The platform consists of components like ORACLE databases, Elastic Search, Rabbit MQ, SOA, JBoss, Tomcat all based on LINUX servers, mostly running on the Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Analysing API related issues
• Providing 3rd level application support
• Executing SQL fixes through CI/CD pipelines
• Problem management of the assigned tickets
• Organizing virtual meetings with other departments and SW vendors when needed

Your Profile

We are looking for a qualified Application Support Specialist with strong technical skills in database management, Linux systems, cloud technologies, and DevOps practices, along with excellent communication abilities and structured work habits.

Must Have Skills

• SQL experience, preferably with Oracle
• NoSQL database experience
• Linux knowledge with ability to search and manipulate files
• Experience in managing complex corporate applications
• Conceptual knowledge of Cloud based systems (AWS, Azure, OTC, etc.)
• Basic DevOps understanding (CI/CD, pipelines)
• Basic understanding of network topologies
• MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Independent work habits
• Structured work habits
• Reliable work habits
• English knowledge at minimum B2 level

Nice to Have Skills

• Knowledge of mobile communication
• German language skills
