We are looking for an Application Migration Coordinator to coordinate end-to-end application migration and transition activities across multiple sites and business units. The role involves working closely with application, infrastructure, security, business, and third-party teams to ensure smooth migration and transition.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end application migration and transition activities .

• Act as the primary liaison between application, infrastructure, business, and third-party teams.

• Manage application onboarding, readiness assessment, deployment, validation, and transition .

• Maintain application documentation including architecture diagrams, deployment guides, dependency mappings, and technical inventories .

• Coordinate migration prerequisites including firewall, network connectivity, server readiness, and environment validation .

• Facilitate technical workshops and project status meetings.

• Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and issues .

• Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, cutover, stabilization, and hypercare .

• Prepare migration status reports, readiness assessments, and executive summaries.

• Ensure migration deliverables and governance requirements are completed on schedule.

• Support post-deployment validation and operational handover .

• Facilitate lessons learned, transition closure, and project completion activities.
