Đồng thời, GPBank là ngân hàng tiên phong tại Việt Nam triển khai hệ thống Core Banking hoàn toàn mới, xây dựng trên nền tảng OneConnect Core. Ngân hàng không chỉ xây lại hệ thống từ đầu mà còn đặt nền móng để nhân rộng mô hình này cho các đơn vị thành viên khác trong hệ sinh thái VPBank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage system operation plans, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and bank-wide Security, Compliance, and Governance programs.
• Plan and perform regular system review, maintenance, and tuning tasks to ensure high system stability and performance, minimizing incidents within the assigned domain.
• Execute the approved budget plan, including infrastructure resource allocation, archival planning, and resource provisioning to support system operation.
• Support development and testing environments, including technical tools related to the assigned business systems.
• Operate assigned application systems, including:

·     Level 2 (L2) technical support and user guide documentation for Level 1 (L1)

·    Application installation, configuration, and administration

·    Monitor and assess system performance and transaction volume (daily, weekly, monthly)

· Incident handling and coordination to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption

• Propose and implement internal initiatives to optimize operations, improve delivery timelines, and scale best practices across the team.
• Attend training on technical and soft skills; follow through on agreed individual development plans
• Join IT and business projects, contributing both in system operations and solution advisory roles aligned with project directions.
• Manage, plan, and define development direction for a small team (3-5 members), ensuring task fulfillment and performance alignment.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Team Lead, Department Head or Division Director.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Over 05 years of experience in IT application operations and support, preferably in the finance or banking sector (internet/mobile banking, e-wallet, ..).
• Experience in managing a team of 3–5 members
• Banking domain experiences; Familiarity with ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and system operations management; DevOps experiences

THỜI GIAN & ĐỊA ĐIỂM LÀM VIỆC

• Thời gian: Thứ Hai – Thứ Sáu, giờ vào làm linh hoạt theo ca 8:00 / 8:30 / 9:00; làm 2 sáng thứ Bảy/tháng (8:00–12:00); nghỉ trưa 1,5h.
• Địa điểm: 18 Phạm Hùng, Từ Liêm, Hà Nội (CNTT, Project Digital)
