Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Application Packaging & Automation Engineer with 58 years of experience in Windows application packaging, automation, and Windows administration. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with PowerShell, troubleshooting skills, and a good understanding of ITIL and networking concepts.

Expected Scope of work / Responsibilities:

• End-to-end software package creation, maintenance, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor package deployment and proactively address deployment failures status and ensure successful distribution to end-user systems.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve package-related issues reported by customers and end users.
• Perform package validation, quality checks, and deployment readiness assessments.
• Maintain package documentation, deployment procedures, and issue logs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through automation using PowerShell and Power Automate.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver packaging solutions.
• Follow up on customer issues and drive resolution within agreed timelines.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Ensure high-quality package delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and Windows platform requirements.
• Coordinate with support and operations teams for incident resolution and deployment support.
