🚀 Application Security Lead / Platform Security Engineer

I'm currently supporting a globally recognized multinational technology organization that is undergoing a major enterprise-wide digital transformation initiative.

This is a rare opportunity to join a team responsible for securing a large-scale cloud-based platform that supports data utilization, application services, and digital products used across a global enterprise. The role sits at the intersection of Application Security, Cloud Security, Platform Engineering, and Security Automation .

What You'll Be Doing

🔐 Lead security initiatives across a large-scale cloud platform

☁️ Review and enhance security architecture for applications running on AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS environments

⚙️ Develop and maintain security guardrails, standards, and governance frameworks

🤖 Drive Security Automation initiatives and embed security into engineering workflows

🛡️ Conduct threat modeling, identify risks within application and data flows, and propose practical mitigations

🏗️ Partner closely with engineering teams to implement Security by Design from planning through production

🔎 Support security reviews, penetration testing activities, and continuous improvement efforts across the platform ecosystem

• Application architecture design

➕ Security assessments for Java, JavaScript, Python or modern application environments

➕ GitHub, Snowflake or SaaS security

➕ Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

➕ CI/CD security automation

➕ Technical leadership or project leadership experience

➕ Experience working with global stakeholders and multinational teams
