Application Process Engineer / Equipment Engineer (FDC / Semiconductor)

Responsibilities

• Analyze, upgrade and support SPC software across semiconductor process equipment.
• Develop software recipes and analyse equipment and sensor data for Fault Detection and Classification.
• Support customers with process troubleshooting, recipe development, installation, and technical issues.
• Provide onsite product training and communicate software capabilities to customers and prospects.
• Identify opportunities to improve semiconductor processes through software and sensor solutions.
• Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customers, managing support requests and service tickets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor processes and OEM equipment.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Willing to travel oversea for internal training and client visit.
