Application Product Analyst (RTF, Oracle BI)

Are you passionate about data, reporting, application support, and working closely with business stakeholders? We are looking for an Application Product Analyst to join a global team supporting business-critical applications and product configuration initiatives.

This role is ideal for candidates with experience in RTF Templates, SQL, data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder engagement who enjoy solving business problems and translating requirements into effective system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain business and product-related applications.
• Create, modify, and troubleshoot RTF templates and reporting outputs .
• Perform data analysis, field mapping, and data validation activities.
• Write and execute SQL queries to support reporting, troubleshooting, and business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, and stakeholders to understand and deliver solutions.
• Support testing activities, including test script preparation and execution.
• Investigate application issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Track defects, enhancements, and support requests using ticketing tools.
• Participate in application deployments, upgrades, and ongoing support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in Application Support, Product Analysis, Systems Analysis, Business Analysis, or similar roles .
• Hands-on experience with RTF Templates / RTF Statements .
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing queries for reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in data analysis, validation, and reporting.
• Ability to gather and document business requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with business users and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle BI Publisher or similar reporting tools
• Experience supporting enterprise applications
• Defect tracking tools such as JIRA
• Reporting and documentation experience
• Exposure to insurance, financial services, or enterprise environments
